Andrea
Pepper, RYT200
Andrea
started her journey of movement as a three year old in dance class.
After dancing for over twenty years she started to deepen her
yoga practice. In 2006 she completed her first teacher training
and has been teaching yoga ever since. The foundation of her practice
is in ISHTA yoga and she loves to blend all of her experiences
into her classes. As in dance, she wants to create the flow of
breath and body in each yoga practice. Andrea believes that movement
is the gateway to our soul....what better way to connect to our
body, breath, mind, soul, and community than yoga! Her only hope
is to be able to continue in her quest of teaching and practicing
yoga. Bringing our awareness onto the mat as well as in our everyday
lives.
As well as teaching, Andrea is also involved in raising funds
for OFF THE MAT INTO THE WORLD. This organization sends all money
raised to communities in the US and abroad that are in need. Last
year they built a school, a sustainable farm, and a mid wife clinic
in Uganda, (just to name a few projects). You can visit Andrea's
