Creative
Vinyasa Flow with Katherine
Borse, RYT
Inhale.
Inhale. Inhale. Exhale. Exhale. Exhale... this will be the mantra
for our inspired, energetic, and yet focused afternoon asana
practice. Concentrating on the dynamic quality of the breath
we will guide the body through a series of postures that work
to strengthen and tonify the body as well as increase its flexibility
and stamina, while also bringing deeper levels of concentration
and awareness into our practice, through grace. Inspired by
the ashtanga vinyasa system, breath and movement are synchronized
in order to engender meditation in motion - enlivening the body,
rejuvenating the spirit, and bringing the mind into a state
of equipoise. Come join us as we enliven the spirit and become
more fully present and sensitive to ourselves and our world.
Namaste.

Kripalu Hatha Yoga, the Teacher Inside with Therese
Abair, RYT
Learn techniques to have "Just-you-time" to go within,
to reconnect and center.
In this class yoga is seen as a journey rather than a destination.
This approach to yoga is less about achieving a certain form or
reaching a particular goal, than it is about being fully present
for the feelings and experiences of one's own yoga practice as
it unfolds moment to moment.
Learn from the true teacher - yourself- through the physical practice
of postures balanced with breathwork and safe alignment.
Release tension, stress and create a greater sense of wholeness
and balance to every aspect of one's life. |
